Microsoft Trial Coverage

On November 5th Judge Thomas Penfield Jackson released his Finding of Fact in the Microsoft antitrust trial. He found that Microsoft was a preditory monopoly. This document has wide sweeping ramifications on the entire computing industry and involves almost every major player in the computing industry including Netscape, AOL, Sun, Apple, Real Networks, IBM, Dell and Compaq.
